SpeedRFP.com allows hotels to post meeting RFP forms on their websites with only a few lines of simple widget code. Meeting and event planners can then submit, complete details for their event, including pertinent attachments, on the hotel’s website. SpeedRFP.com has a messaging and communication platform that let the meeting planner and hotelier negotiate business online. Meeting planners can view hotel proposals side-by-side or export them to spreadsheets for inclusion in reports. Hoteliers can see performance metrics regarding their meeting and event business.
UPDATE: Elite Meetings International was purchased in December of 2014 by CVent Meetings, primarily for SpeedRFP technology and network of hotel clients.

SpeedRFP was the brainchild of Bradley Pirman and is patent pending. During his time at Elite Meetings International in Santa Barbara (2007-2011), Bradley Pirman was the Chief Information Officer in charge of all web development and technology at the company.
